The 3 Gentlemen that planted our Crimson Sunset this morning did an amazingly excellent job. Thank you Hinsdale Nurseries for hiring friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous people!

I should have learned my lesson after my first bad experience. I purchased four bushes at a cost of $300. I had my landscaper picked them up and plant them. They all died. When I called the nursery, I was told that because my landscapers planted them I was out of luck and they had no warranty. I should have learned my lesson after that, but I did not I always wanted an American redbud tree and when I was doing some work in my yard I decided to treat myself to one at a cost of $1400 I had in still nursery planted so I had a warranty. It immediately died. I was told that I had a one time replacement and I should wait until spring. They planted the new tree and lo and behold. This one is dead too somehow this is my fault that I didn’t water properly with a slow trickle, etc. etc. etc.. I have purchased two other trees and two bushes from Home Depot with a total cost of maybe $150 and all three are alive and thriving with any type of assistance besides nature this place is the biggest rip off stay far away and save your money. It’s not worth it.

Hinsdale Nurseries had exactly what we were looking for. At first we were looking for topiaries under our dining room window at numerous home and garden centers. Then we spotted the Dwarf Alberta Spruce and we knew it was what would work as it stays compact. And there were plenty to choose from. We've bought deciduous trees from them in the past and have never been disappointed.

My grandma and I went here to pick up some flowers and shrubs to plant in the backyard. They had a nice selection of plans to choose from, and the staff was really helpful. They answered a lot of our questions about when to plan and how we should take care of them. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good-quality plants and a wide variety to choose from. Edit: Our sand cherry is still going strong, looks like it enjoys the house as much as we do!

We were return customers after a fantastic experience several years ago. This time we were purchasing FOREST ROUGE BLACKHAW VIBURNUM trees. Once again, we were very happy with Hinsdale Nurseries. Matt Fiala helped us. I have never met a person who seemed to have as much genuine joy and appreciation for trees and landscaping. His eyes lit up when he was showing us various options. He was very excited at our choice and even more excited when he came to look at our yard to help us decide on the best number to buy. His enthusiasm rubbed off making us equally excited and confident in our purchase. In addition, Matt was such a kind, helpful, and knowledgeable person. He patiently answered all of our questions and helped us make a great choice. The installation crew was equally fantastic. Their attention to detail and care in planting the trees were amazing. They had to weave around some underground cables. But they navigated them and got the trees in exactly where we wanted them. They also were neat and cleaned up the area including mulch that dropped off their truck and onto the street in front of our house (they put mulch around the trees after planting). All told, our experienc
